I have been suffering from severe muscle ache in my right hip & leg due to an injury. After taking this magnesium I felt my leg muscles physically relax and after some time I have managed to heal and make a full recovery. This magnesium also helps with my sleep. I definitely notice a difference in the depth of sleep when I do not take the magnesium. What I love about it is it is a clean product without unnecessary fillers. It's my go to in magnesium products and great value for money.

I have been taking these magnesium tablets for a while now and I'm so pleased to find them on Amazon as it makes ordering so quick and easy.I have tried so many different magnesium product but these are by far the best. Within a few days of taking them I was sleeping like a log. Not even waking for a nighttime toilet break, if you know what I mean., which is unheard of!I have noticed an overall difference in my body when taking them and I now wouldn't be with out them.Definitely 5 stars.

Helps me sleep

I wanted to take a magnesium that didn’t contain unnecessary ingredients, support my sleep and calm my nervous system - so I chose this one and have been really pleased.I’ve not had any issues with sleeping before, and always thought I slept deeply, but taking this supplement my sleep has hit a different level of depth.

I wish there could be a way of trying supplements before I buy. I took my time to source the products well but I'm very sensitive and have nasty side effects. It's expensive to find out when you pay for a bottle.I'm sure this product is excellent, but not for me. I also bought B12, I can't take either. 😕

The seal wasn’t on the tables so I threw them in the bin, total waste of money Avoid very unprofessional when I asked why. Avoid

I particularly like this product because of the type of magnesium as well as the fact that there are no fillers or binders - it's simply the magnesium powder inside a cellulose-based capsule. The product label says you should take four capsules a day, but this would mean the jar would only last 30 days, making it an expensive purchase. I've worked out that that the measurement of four capsules would does equate to a daily recommended Mg dose, but I just can't afford to consume it at that rate, so try to increase my Mg intake with other food sources while taking up to two of these capsules daily. I can't claim to have noticed any difference by consuming this product, but I know that I can become easily Mg deficient without supplements, and I will only take an Mg product without unncessary additives.
