Very skeptical at first but gave them a try anyway,no diet,no supplements I just followed said directions on the bottle. I lost 3.5kg in weight within a month,two weeks later another 3kg came off so six weeks since I started and have lost 6.5kg- practically a stone in weight and no diet.I ate as I have been doing so for so long so no changes,drinking plenty of water helps too and no exercises were needed either.
