Why did you pick this product vs others?:I have tried a few yuzu kosho’s and this is by far my favorite and I have purchased this multiple times. Strikes the perfect balance of citrus and spice. Spice level is closer to the mild side. Flavor is fantastic!

I use this yuzu ponzu in many ways. Adds that perfect flavor to rice, sauces, marinades and as 1st layer to appetizer toastetts. Can use with dipping sauces and to add a bit of heat to veggies and meats.

Yummy & Spicy flavorful

Really interested in trying to incorporate Yuzo into my cooking. Should have read the label more closely. Didn't realize the product was so hot that my lips went numb. Just threw it out.
