Omg!! So I received my package a few hours ago. One bag broke when filling and placing cap on. Let me tell you before any of the other bags could freeze. Customer service responded and mailed out replacements. This was with in just a few minutes of receiving my Amazon delivery! I can’t be more impressed with the brand and level of cut service provided!!Thank you so much!!!!

I can't regulate my body temperature and I live in a hot humid climate.These allow me to workout inside, walk and garden outside. When I use them they don't last for more than about two hours when I'm working them hard, but that's ok because others barely last 30 minutes. They have a handle and I can loop it to a backpack or over a shoulder and I'm good to go.Because they are needs to start with pellets I'm going to take two of them at a time on the plane and add water once I land and can pop it in a freezer and be good to go.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Perfect size for the soft side cooler i have. 2 of these with water between them works great!

These are not the packs they used to be. Have had a set of 10 for years and years. They worked great! It was time to replace so I ordered 20 more. The new large dont work near as well or last near as long. They are thinner, seems less material, and dont keep things cold near as long. That being said still a good product, but was a little disappointed.bring back old design!!!Follow up 2nd trip out using the new ones, not good. Heres a comparison picture of the old vs new ones. It takes 2 of the new ones to even get close to the thickness of old ones. They just dont last anywhere near as long. Had to adjust review regrettably. Will have to look for an alternative.
