2nd magnesium that I have tried and this one has worked wonders! No after taste, easy to swallow and as aided in my sleep. I am not waking up in the middle of the night unable to go back to sleep. Would highly recommend this product

I'll give em 5 stars for now.....About 30 years ago on the Focus On The Family radio show, the guest was an Australian psychiatrist and he said to take several magnesium tablets when you're feeling stressed. Or take them before the stressful kids bday party, etc. I never bought the multi-magnesium like this, so let's see how it works. I take buspirone and that stuff gives me 2am insomnia. 4-5 hrs sleep ain't happening.

I have taken magnesium for years, but never realized just how much more effective these were until I ran out and had to take the drug store variety one e more until my new shipment arrived! Wow,,, no comparison and I will make sure I keep enough on hand in the future so I don’t run out again.

I always use magnesium as it’s the most nutritionally deficient mineral in the diet. However I just did t get the benefits of mag in this supplement. Still got leg cramps, decreased regular bum’s… sleep no better. Going back to Bio Optimizers.D. Adams

I was sleeping maybe 2 hours per night and just groggy, no energy and having horrible migraines… This has changed my life so much. I have been getting at least 5 hours or maybe depending on my two year olds schedule. But, my migraine meds I have barely taken.
