Defective item delivered citing non retrurnable product
The seal of the item was broken. Since this is for consumption, the risk of consuming the item having a broken seal cannot be taken. The product has been marked as non returnable. As such, I am unable to raise this issue with Customer care, since the defect in your portal is making me unable to do so. Going forward, I won't order any product from Amazon.

Not at all up to the mark
Less than 2% flavor, scent. Earlier, when anyone would open KEWRA water bottle (and not concentrate/extract), the whole room would immediately get fragrant. That too, the fragrance would stick in the air for hours.There is so much "dilution" done by this company using demineralized water that all the flavor, scent, fragrance of the kewra water have gone. Same with ROSE water.If you really know the flavors and tastes, then get these from either Kolkata or Lucknow.This company has just made a mess with the flavor, scent, fragrance.Sad.
