As expected
Firstly I was delivered a totally non working defective, but replacement came to me very quickly. Now I can say it's good product. Video quality amazing, sound is also good.

Switch off automatically and when you switch on it show reboot andrt and IT IS NOT EVEN STARTING
The media could not be loaded. Nakli hai ye kharido mat isse bich bich me Apne aap band hota hai automatically switch off hota hai aur ab toh shuru BHI Nahi ho rha

GOOD PRODUCT WITH USEFULL FEATURES
Its a good product, picture quality is good, It can play almost all video & audio filesm which most of the smart TV don't.It took 3-4 days to reach the product to me just from 20Km distance. HDMI Cable, Cell for remote & operation manual was missing from the box. I asked Amazon to replace the box & expecting in next 2-3 days..

Broken Remote
Product itself is decent, however it came with broken Remote not expected that they be having such a low standard of product production control, no user manual either. Bummer feels like going to school again trying to learn all 😂 😂

Settop Not working Properly
We sent to share the problem to seller by whatsapp, but no response from seller regarding for settop box.please see the below facing following problem.1) Pen drive is not working,2) Timer is not getting set.3) Power Adaptor not workingAll above problem facing very first days, who is responsible for the warranty/Guarantee of the product???
