Hardly. I bought it because I read this question and thought it was... its 95% polyester and feels 100% cheap.

Yes! It is pretty cute and good quality, has nice pockets that are actually fairly deep. It’s a bit thin but not any thinner than any other apron I don’t believe.

Q: Would it fit someone that is 4'3

It should fit. The cross back straps and adjustable tie waist are helpful for fit. Depends on how you like the length of the apron.
