These wax guards are a wonderful way to keep your hearing aids clean. Without them it is easy to plug up the area with ear wax and essentially turn off the hearing aid! I like that each package is small enough for any pocket or purse I would not want all 48 to be in one package that I had to carry around!

Been buying these on Amazon ever since my dad bougt his hearing aids because they are so much cheaper on Amazon than buying them from the place he bought the hearing aids from. I highly recommend these.
