Worth A Try.
I don't know a lot about this powder or the manufacturing of it, but from reading what it can help by taking it and reviews, I am mixing it and moringa powder into yogurt and smoothies. Hoping for the best, we'll see.

LOVE adding this to my smoothies . It's nutrient dense and tastes like i would expect. It mixes easily in smoothies . I love it with peanut butter/almond butter, almond milk, strawberries and some protein powder and a banana! DELICIOUS
