Beautiful crockery set. Colours are outstanding, good quality materials, lovely size dinner and dessert plates, soup and salad bowls all stackable without marking the bowl below. The glazing and the weight makes the crockery easy to use, easy to carry without being too heavy, dishwasher and microwave safe. Had a small issue, contacted Vancasso customer service, they were 1st class, dealt with the issue and sorted everything very quickly.

These plates are absolutely gorgeous. So vibrant and colourful. They can are dishwasher and microwave safe. Feel heavy and are good quality. The most important factor for me what that they don’t scratch or make a horrible squeaky sound when you’re knife or fork makes contact with it. Very happy with them. The only issue I have is that if the large dinner plates are stacked together they hold moisture and they can smell of mould. They leave water rings on every surface which is annoying. Obviously having to wash them thoroughly before each use is a pain so we’ve purchased a plate rack to store them separately. With air flowing between each plate I’m hoping this solves the problem. I contacted the company and they were extremely helpful and sent 6 new dinner plates for the inconvenience. I will update this review in a few weeks to see if the plate rack idea has worked.

I ordered two sets - so a full 12 place setting. I love the bright colours and the pasta dishes are a great size. Can be used for lots of different things - curries, chillies too. My order arrived in two halves (2 separate boxes on two subsequent days). In one of the boxes, two dinner plates were broken when they arrived unfortunately. I notified them immediately and two replacement plates were with me within 3 days. I appreciated the prompt response.

I returned the sets and ordered them from the manufacturer as they were cheaper on their website. When I received the sets, there were 2 plates, 2 bowls and 2 mugs of the same colour and some of the plates and bowls were already chipped or broken. The producer wasn't able to send the replacement, so I returned them and ordered new sets. It was a similar story with some of the plates already chipped. I was offered a partial refund, and because I loved their colour, I kept them. However I wish I returned them all completely. They are beautiful colourful dishes, but that's about it. They chip easily, they are scorching hot when taken out of the microwave, while food is not warm enough, the bottom of the dishes are not sealed properly and leave wet marks in a cupboard and grow mould. I wanted to treat myself and my family with new dinnerware for my birthday, but I am so disappointed with the poor quality as they are quite expensive and never had these problems with the cheap IKEA dishes.I definitely do NOT recommend to buy Bonita colourful dinner sets nor any plates or bowls from the same range.

These are beautiful, vibrant plates and bowls. Unfortunately a couple of items were damaged in transit and I’m still waiting for replacements ( it’s taking a while) however the rest of the set are beautiful and well made.

Awesome dinnerware set. Great quality, finishing and they look so colourful, bright and fun. Have ordered some extra plates for the cupboard as we use a lot. Sooooo pleased with this purchase after the last dinner set I ordered off via amazon was so bad.

Very well packaged and look amazing. Was worried that some may be chipped or broken in transit as some other reviews have stated, thankfully none were. Although I haven't used them yet I'm sure they will be great. I will avoid using them in the microwave after reading some comments.
