This was a little pricey, but it is worth it! It is very well made. It's heavy, not some piece of tin. We did however use some metal wall anchors and not the plastic drywall anchors it came with. I would recommend that you do the same as I'm not sure the plastic ones would work very well with something like this that is going to be pressed down on so frequently. It also nearly matched perfectly the champagne bronze delta faucet!

This dispenser is relatively easy to install, looks great, and is well made.

Remodeled our bathroom and knew i wanted a wall mounted soap dispenser to keep the countertop surface free from clutter, since it’s a small area. Found this one as i did want a higher quality and have been so pleased with it. I have had it for a few weeks now and i love that it doesn’t drip after dispensing soap. It is sturdy and doesn’t feel weak or flimy when pumping soap. My husband installed it without any issues. Quality is excellent and considering purchasing another for a different bathroom (depending on color scheme :) ).

I would definitely recommend this soap dispenser! Everything about it is high-end and top quality. In this case, you’re definitely getting what you’re paying for. If you’re installing this into drywall, I would recommend using good quality anchors specifically made to screw into drywall. The ones included didn’t work for me.

You would think it would be easy to find a simple,well made soap dispenser. Instead we find ones that look OK out of the box, but after 6 months either the pump is broken,it's leaking or some other result of being a piece of junk. So we look for a better one that hopefully will cover the drill holes of the first one. Just spend the money on this one and save yourself some headaches.

I'm tired of cheap big-box stores soap dispensers, and decided to buy this beauty.Initial impression: excellent build quality, beautiful design.Mounting pattern obviously didn't match previous dispenser, so had to drill one more hole, and had to hide previous one. Also, it mounts lower, so needs clearance higher, vs previous dispenser, where mounting was higher, so had to have clearance lower.Overall, definitely a buy. Based on other items of the same brand that we have, long-term reliability should be excellent as well.

I don't know what other people are doing but this does not stay on the wall with the provided anchor and support screws. Over time, the plate loosens from the wall. The dispenser holder stays in tact with the plat, so that is not the issue. I was told that it has to be installed on a stud or tile but no where in the installation instructions received did it say that and in fact it also said use just the screws if mounting to a stud and use the anchors if mounting to dry wall. Customer service basically said it is our fault and could not even make a decent suggestion.
