I received an item with a horrible paint job and now I am told that I will be charged 20% restocking fee for returning it. With tax, I paid a total of $32 for an item that is not even worth half that. It does not look anything like the picture! I am not one who gives bad reviews, but having to pay 20% because I was sent a faulty product, I felt it necessary to warn others. Also, one of the candles is glued crooked. Because the candle is slightly larger than a quarter, a replacement tea light will not work.
