Very pleased with this organic ginger powder! Has a nice clean fragrance and product is a very fine pale soft yellowish colored powder that mixes well, even in cold fluids.I use it to make my own clean unadulterated homemade ginger ale using just 4 simple ingredients: a little ginger powder, a splash of freshly squeezed lime 🍋🟩, xylitol for the sweetener and soda water...so refreshing and just as good tasting as grocery market ginger ale but without all the chemicals and high fructose corn syrup!Definitely recommend if you'rein the market for ginger, but need a product that will store much longer than fresh ginger. 🫚
