Q: How many amps does the 12V cigarette adapter output?

A video test on YouTube tested the Cigarette lighter adapter to be between 14 and 15 amps. Also, because it plugs into the Jump Start output of the pack, it begins with an 18v and later reduces to 12v output. It also drains the battery pack VERY quickly. So, if higher voltage could damage what you are plugging into the outlet that could be a concern on using that. for example, a tire inflator compressor won't care, but electronic devices could be damaged. Also, this unit has nowhere near the listed 24000maH battery cap. Closer to 7000 maH.

Q: Biuble is 100% charged, connected properly to a car battery, but red light is flashing and there is a continuous beeping. What does this indicate?

the battery is too dead to jump. you'll have to use the old fashioned cable jumpers and another car. or put a battery tender on it for a day and it'll jump.
