This book is very well-written and useful. After this one, I went back and bought another of his, and next month will complete the trio. My favorite takeaways are his mention of four pathways to healing and simple methods for opening the crown and heart centers. Recommended.

It reads like simplified Christian Science, "discovered" by Mary Baker Eddy way back when. The spiritual insights seem solid.

I first learned about RJ Spina on New Thinking Allowed with Jeffrey Mishlove.After watching this interview, I immediately went on Amazon and ordered his book.When I was 52, I suffered a massive stroke it took me a long time to come back from it.I'm almost 71 years old today, I live alone in a small apartment in Southern California and Ihelp once a week. I have been on blood thinner ever since my stroke. Over the last 18 years, I have tried many different therapies including going to China for three months to a hospital that's specialized in treatments for stroke survivors. Also, I travel to Brazil and spending time with a healer there who turned out to be a fraud. I have done visualization.‘The power to heal is within you. It is you, literally’ (p. 39). RJ knew that he could heal himself; his ‘will never wavered. Not. Even. RJ get in tune with a higher energy beyond the ego makes complete sense to me.Most of the ideas in his book are not new for me, I have been studying the chakras for many years.
