I am actually really impressed with this jug. The pictures do it no justice. It looks really good. Looks well made. Excellent value for what you pay. Bonus that the filters last about 3 months and are fairly priced when you need to replace them. It filters the water quickly There is nothing not to like so far. Fingers crossed it continues. Actually tempted to purchase another one as they are so well priced.

Exactly as described. Easy to ensemble, fast filter & excellent filter fit. This system gives you brilliant tasting water, even here in the Midlands where the water is very hard & chlorine strong. Very good value for money & even though the replacement filters may seem a little expensive, they are compatible to the standard Matrix ones as these last 3 months or more, where as the Matrix ones only last a month before the water starts to taste metallic & rank again. Great value for money and would highly recommend

I got this product to reduce the number of chemicals we intake from tap water, as that is what we primarily used to drink from. Here's what we thought:Pros:-A long lasting filter: 3 months!-Outer shell is made up of good quality material-Large capacity-Filters water quicker than other jugs-Good price, however the water filters, despite lasting 3 months, are more expensive per year than Brita-This water filter claims to reduce fluoride, which is not seen in most other water filtersCons:-When the jug is full it can become quite heavy-There isn't a significant difference in the taste of the water, unlike the Brita water filter-There is a light to indicate when a new filter must be bought. However, what I noticed was that it is just a 3 month timer; if you use the filter a lot then its filtering capacity may have finished earlier and if you use the filter sparingly then the filter may not have used all that it can.Overall, this product is good however there are some things that, in my opinion, need improvement.

Amazing filter, works much better than BRITTA. After trying this one I am never buying britta ever again. Filters also last very long time which is great because the UK tap water is horrible and I tested how good the filter is by boiling it in the kettle, there was no trace of limescale.P.S. Try running the water through twice, it makes a noticeable difference :)

Amazing product - works as stated, is easy to set up and the design is amazing despite it not fitting in my fridge holder. Water tastes way better with this.

Sturdy - holds a lot of water - perfect for two of us. Great quality

Very good filter I use this daily and keep it in my fridge door it is big so needs a shelf more or less to store it. Water quality is much improved and saves clogging up my kettle. I would recommend this.

Nice filter jug, works fine. Our water tasted slightly chemical / metallic for about a week after a water main broke up the road and I was buying bottled drinking water. Filter jug seemed like a good cheep option without all the plastic bottles. Opted for this one as I figured I would probably end up using this brands filters when buying replacements anyway. Smart, sturdy and most importantly removes that taste. 👅. Quick to filter a full jug and has an test button that lights up indicating filter lifespan. Happy with my purchase, used daily.
