Tasty and healthy
Great taste and keeps you full 4 to 5 hours. Having it cold is as good as any dessert. Hardly 7g of sugar per serving.

Oats are so fibrous and easy to make. In now a days what else a busy day needed to kick start the day is something easy and minimum time taking for preparing food. Its too much fibrous, having proteins, irons and also gluten free which makes its a perfect and healthily diet for your day. Good in taste and sugar less which makes it more effective and healthy you can also add sugar for great taste, which means a recommended, good oat with good taste, healthy and easy to prepare just need some milk and dry-fruits as not mandatory just to increase the texture taste.
