Worth it
I grind my teeth and tense my jaw a lot at night. I find mouth guards uncomfortable and so found these. They are almost perfect.Great packaging, easy to use. Fits comfortably on the bottom and top teeth. I switch it up depending on how I feel. I sleep with them on, no issues. I have noticed my cheeks and tongue aren’t sore. And my teeth are protected from grinding.The reason I gave this 4 stars is the lack of case. I wear each piece multiple nights. It would be nice if they had a little case to store them in.Otherwise, being able to use them several times makes them worth the money. A box of 16 can last me 3+ months.
