I like that this is an accurate skull and not some goofy and inaccurate Halloween decoration. It is sturdy, not a cheap feeling flimsy plastic. Extraordinary value for money. If you are learning to draw heads this is a great model to have so you can understand the construction of the skull.

I love this skull so much. I actually bought it because a YouTube artist Audra Auclair used a plastic skull to help her practice her sketching and development on the human anatomy. Unfortunately, I don't know what her brand of skull was since she lives in Canada, nor did any of the local or name brand art supplies stores from the area I lived in nor the areas that kind family members and friends sold anatomical skulls that were small enough for me to carry with my art supplies and be plastic. It was important for me to have a harder plastic because I'm as clumsy as an adult wearing classic can be.This skull is perfect since it's for medical use the anatomy of the skull is perfect. I don't have to worry about drawing a replica skull that is not accurate to what the true human body is. It's important for an artist to have a sources material that is accurate or else you're wasting your time drawing something that is wrong because of the sources material. I love this skull so much and I think its amazing. I also love how the head is detachable. I'm sure someone who's​ using it for medical would like that feature when studying the space for the brain but I'm just going to use the skull for art so I"m probably going to hide m small erasers in there!

I'll start off by saying this wasn't really purchased for its anatomical qualities other than it being a skull, and having a jaw that can move. This was purchased as a gift for a friend of ours for use in our D&D group, as his character usually carries around a skull that he animates while using it to talk (its the funniest thing ever, I swear)The jaw moves with a spring connected, so the mouth doesn't open super far, but was great for his uses. He chose to leave it as is, but the material would be easy to paint and seal if you wanted to. The material felt solid and durable, and it got knocked off the table a few times onto hard flooring and never had any issues. Great piece!

This is a great small replica skull with impressive detail and finish. 100% would buy again. The only potential bummer was that it was shipped across the world in a bag, with zero crush or impact protection for the plastic skull. It came through fine, but on seeing the packaging I totally expected it to have been damaged. thankfully not.

I got this for a project and it looks very high quality and very detailed, I'm very happy with the purchase, and I am happy for the inexpensive price. I would definitely purchase more if needed.Please keep in mind that this skull is about the size of your palm, it is not life-size.

This model is about 3.5-4in/ 9cm long (back of the skull to the chin) and 3in/ 7cm high. I would put this in 1:4 scale as I have a 1:2 scale skull and this is smaller than it. It is excellent detail but it is made out of some kind of chalk/ rubber material that feels brittle to the touch (almost like real bone) and the mandible spring is very tight and needs stretching before use, I could see people who are not careful or children breaking this, so I wouldn't recommend giving this to a child. But if you're in college studying remote on a budget I would recommend it.Overall as I said it is great detail, for someone studying anatomy or drawing.

I searched everywhere for skull finials for my canopy bed in my voodoo bedroom, and finally found these! With a little creativity and some screws, I was able to turn these into perfection. 🖤 They were flawless and anatomically correct.
