Great Replacement Motor
As a facility manager I tend to let the pros mess with major plumbing and electrical problems. Paid an electrician to fix the dead fan in the other restroom. When the next one died I decided to attempt the repair myself. It was rather easy to swap out the motor and way cheaper then having an electrician come in and repair it.
