Amazing product, great taste great results
I’ve been taking this whey daily for almost a year now, and it’s honestly become a key part of my daily routine. Whether it’s post-workout or a quick breakfast on a busy morning, it’s a super easy and tasty way to hit my daily protein goals. When I first started working out and realized how much protein you actually need each day, this powder became my go-to. It’s tough to get all that protein just from meals, and this made it way more manageable.I’ve tried the chocolate, vanilla, and chocolate peanut butter flavors, and they all taste amazing—rich and smooth without being too sweet or artificial. It blends effortlessly with just water, and it’s also great in recipes like overnight oats or oatmeal. No chalky aftertaste either, which makes it something I genuinely enjoy taking every day.Taste aside, the results speak for themselves. I’ve noticed better recovery, more energy, and consistent progress with my workouts since I started using it.If you’re trying to up your protein intake and want something that’s easy, tasty, and actually works—this is it

Excellent value, tastes great…HUGE jar!
I'm not complaining about the size of the 5lb jar of this wheat isolate powder, nor anything else about it. Just be prepared for the fact it's a really big container. The included scoop makes measuring easy, and even with just a long spoon, it mixes in cold water just great. I went with the chocolate flavor for my first go, and it's surprisingly tasty—just like a real milkshake. The calorie content may seem high, but it's nearly all the whey protein, which is what you want for building muscle without putting on empty carb weight.I'm mixing other powders along with the whey isolate—saw palmetto and a collagen + peptides supplement—so I'm getting lots of good stuff in one nice big hydrating drink. I know this contains sucralose, and normally I don't like artificial sweeteners, but this is fine. I'm not noticing any unpleasant aftertaste and it goes down really nice after a workout.I'm going to try the vanilla flavor next. For those who don't want anything else, there's always the unflavored version, which I might give a whirl someday.

It tastes great, is affordable, and doesn't upset my stomach.
This stuff is great. It tastes good, the ingredient list is simple, it dissolves instantly, and it's much more affordable than other brands. While I haven't tried many other brands, I have tried a few, and this one is is the best, although I've only had the vanilla version, to keep it simple. The flavor is simple and mild, but doesn't have a weird artificial aftertaste that lingers like some brands do, which is a good thing to me.The biggest reason that I like it is that it doesn't upset my stomach like many other whey isolates, which is crucial because I have stomach problems (gastroparesis, sensitive stomach, etc.), and I need help maintaining/gaining weight.Even if the flavor is too boring for some people, the price alone is a sufficient reason to get it, in case you are picky.EDIT: I forgot to say that my only complaint is that it's too salty. I understand that salt is important for exercise, but the amount in this is just too much; if someone really needs sodium, they can get it from other sources.

Almost perfect with one "hidden" and often overlooked ingredient problem
I have graduate level degrees in physiology and molecular biology, and I have been consistently involved in weight training for the last 20yrs. I've used Nutricost brand for various supplements and have never been disappointed. Their Whey Protein Isolate is no different. Great taste (have tried chocolate, mocha, and chocolate PB), excellent mixability, and one of the best values in terms of price per gram of protein. The one downside you need to be aware of is the sodium content of this product. Most of their flavors are coming in at 200-300mg salt per one scoop. After comparisons, I found that to be on the high end of what you would get from other top protein alternatives. It took me a couple of months of having relatively large day to day weight fluctuations to realize something was affecting my water retention. I maintain a strict diet that doesn't change much from day to day. Gaining 6-7lbs over a day or two, only to lose it a few days later is not normal. I don't use this protein every single day, but instead use it if I'm running late in the morning or often times at night if I haven't hit my protein macro goal for the day. I would go a couple days of not using it, but then maybe have 2-3 scoops the next day. then off for another day or so, and repeat. The salt was wreaking havoc with my fluid retention. If you are sensitive to salt, looking to stay on a low sodium diet, or have blood pressure issues, I would consider looking to another protein supplement. Otherwise, any more than 1-2 scoops in a day is probably not a great idea unless you are closing tracking your sodium intake and can offset it somewhere else in your diet. If you are using this protein regularly, you need to be sure you are hydrating appropriately to help flush the excess sodium and avoid fluid retention.

Great value for the cost & tastes deliciously good
This protein powder honestly exceeded my expectations. It tastes so good! And the quality is very good as well, it blends nicely & isn’t messy to clean. It doesn’t have a high sugar content but has a nice balance of sweetness and makes an excellent addition for making smoothies. It is gentle on the stomach, which was a concern of mine because I’m lactose intolerant. However, this protein powder is the perfect addition for some looking to get their require daily intake of protein.
