Great Product
I have used biotin for a while as I feel it makes a difference to hair fall out. I started to take biotin after having my son and suffering with hair loss. Usually cost a lot more for other brands I have tried so these are excellent at this price. Great value for money. Easy to swallow, packaged well. Great product

Very efficient, hope effect remains after I stop
Wow! I'm quite impressed. I moved to the UK 8 years ago and my hair changed texture and colour. From long curly mid-light brown fine but dense, it slowly turned into dark blonde short fine, thin, frizzy and wavy. I knew it must be some kind of vitamin deficiency from the different climate and diet but didn't know exactly what it was. I tried bettering my diet, which helped but only half-way. I tried taking other hair vitamins, no results whatsoever. Finally I tried this product and voilà, my hair is 90% back to it's normal state from my teenage years before I moved to the UK, after taking it for just a few months. They are a bit too strong, so I only take half a capsule per day.

Seems to work...
Having one a day of these and using caffeine shampoo/conditioner seems to be helping the regrowth of my hair after having baby. Would recommend.

Can't recommend
I have taken Biotin for years and had always great results. However, this time I thought I'd buy a different brand and the result was completely unexpected. My skin came our in a rash and became very sore, almost over night, and my nails are worse than ever. With the three additions, I would have expected it to be better than a simple Biotin supplement but the opposite is true for me. To rule out it's this supplement, I have tried it over three months on/off and every time I took it, I had these really bad reactions. I have stopped it now for good and went back to the simple Biotin supplement from my trusted brand.
