Quality and length are good.
These are very shiny and add a nice ambiance to a themed party. The streamers are long so that they can hang low enough to be seen, depending on the ceiling. I used these for a photo back drop and they worked well.

Loved the look of these. Pulling apart the hanger portion was a bit tedious but that’s to be expected. They were sturdy. Upon taking them down was able to save them as they were still perfectly intact minus being pulled to hang. Cute.
