For me, this B12 Extreme Energy capsule has a smoother and longer uptake than the liquid, bottled version. It also seems to last longer and have a longer "tail" when tapering off. Whether its the caffeine or the B12, it does the trick for me. It doesn't give me a "high" but rather seems to change my attitude and energy from cloudy to sunny, or from half-empty to half-full. It feels like an attitude adjuster rather than just an energy boost. I'm not a doctor and have no opinion or knowledge about how or why it works. But for me, it is a game changer!

I looked for a great B12 that could kick upp my super low energy daily and theese did the job in the beginning , later on they where OK. So i was ordering them for few months and took them daily until recently when i got cold severly and i STOOPED taking theese pills for a week , i noticed that the three first days i was sooo nausaues condtantly for 3 days non stop i couldnt move , sit , eat or lay down too long time i felt like i was SEA SICK‼️I realized that i was detoxing from whatever was in theese pills that was so disgusting … i cryed for help and couldnt understand that it was caused by theese pills until i saw my husband beeing sick with the cold in the same exact days but he was Not seasick for 3 days as me 😳 so THIS A WARNING FROM ME!From now on i will buy moore expensive , reliable B12’s to feel great.

I'm not sure why Amazon asked me about the thickness or warmth of this product, however, they are easy to swallow and they warmed my heart when I was them in my mailbox. Like many other reviewers, I originally purchased these from the Dollar Tree. I take prescription stimulants and when they run out or I decide that I want something not as harsh, I turn to these! I LOVE them, the energy that I get from one lasts through out the day (9-5). They not make me feel shaky nor do I feel like I crash when it wears off. I have notice recently, that they have been making my stomach hurt when I take one on an empty stomach So, I recommend taking with food. Shipping was fast and package and items were in excellent condition. If trying this for the first time, I suggest purchasing at the Dollar Tree then, if you want a hoard of them but don't want to look like you might have some kinda habit, I would purchase your hoard from here.
