I tried to use this primarily for insomnia. The results are great for winding down, particularly if your brain chemistry isn’t immune to stress relieving supplements and sleep aids. I tend to need a higher dosage for sleep. So, for me it’s not effective for more severe symptoms, but great for a little peace of mind.

This product really helps with stress and anxiety. Tastes like licorice so depends on whether you like that as to whether the flavor appeals, but even if you don't, it's not bad. Overall, a good product and good price.

So let me be clear, you should still try this product. It arrived well packed and quality seemed fine. Everyone's body chemistry is different. This simply had the opposite effect on me. It started with jitters and nervousness and then a panic attack. I tried it in the evening and during the day both with and without food. I originally purchased to help with flying anxiety. If helpful, the Calm gummies didn't have any effect, good or bad. Rescue Pastilles didn't work either. In the end the Anxie-T drops (from Mom's Organic) helped along with Anti-anxiety essential oil (available here in Amazon) that you sniff from the tube as well as a loud action movie to drown out plane noise 😇

Bought for my daughter who is starting her freshman year at college and suffering from anxiety around COVID. She takes it as needed at a reduced amount and feels it is working great.
