I can't say that I've used them for their intended purpose yet but I have used these repeatedly this grilling season to form burger patties and I don't think I'll go back to hand forming a patty like I used to again. These are awesome for my use case.They come in a box that I've just kept them in for storage, without that I can see them being a bit cumbersome to store. Cleaning wise, I've put them through the dishwasher a bunch of times and they've come out just fine so far as well.

I used the rings to make hamburger rolls, the dough is soft and the rings keep the dough’s shape as they rise and later as they bake in the oven.

Exactly what I was searching for. The perfect mold for sandwich buns.

I was a little worried about the seams when I saw on the other reviews but this was the only ones I could find in 4.5 inches so I went ahead and still bought them. I guess they paid attention to reviews because when I received mine I was pleasantly surprised that they were completely soldered to created a seamless ring. I am very happy with them so I ordered another set. The only complaint for me is that they take over three weeks to get delivered.

These are well made burger rings that are a little larger than standard. I used 150 gr of dough and they came out perfect. Typical recipe calls for about 100 gr of dough for a 4” ring.
