It Works
This is the first time my period has come on in 124 days. Thank you. I'll definitely be keeping this a part of my regimen. It has been a little under a month I've been taking it and honestly I have not been taking it as consistently as I probably should. I've been putting it in a bottle and drinking it throughout the day so I have my two dosages. I have experienced some light preview it really hasn't been to that just a some light cramping but outside of that I didn't have any side effects.

Works good
This product works well if you have a vitamin B deficiency and leaves your skin soft. But if you exercise regularly, this product can help you lose weight quickly.

Good supplement but not for me
The supplement is fine but you deserve to be warned that inositol can cause cystic acne. My mother and I both broke out in severe deep cystic acne that was painful and had to stop taking it and throw it out. This is not the brands fault, rather a reaction some people have to inositol in general, so just look out for it.

I don't like to take tablets, this product is perfect and it dissolves easily. I am seeing positive results with my hormones. I don't get any side effects.
