1. Quality of nobs for controlling vol, bass, treble is very poor.2. While operating volume nobs sometimes volume goes off, then you have to again rotate the nob.3. Display is not attarctive.4. Some of the functions are not working.5. Price is on very high side for this quality of product.6. Really very bad experience.7. Product comes without Amazon Packing..

Good product
I bought it yesterday only A very good sound amplifier. I am using it with Kenwood speaker and sound is very effective. Bass and treble is very good. it has fantastic look for me. I find No problem yet.But the remote quality is very bad even I received a broken piece and non functional.I request here seller to send or replace a new one so that it complete the enjoyment with sound

Average to below average product
Writing this review after almost 18 months. After a few months of purchase, volume controls started to produce noise when rotating. When I contacted service centre they asked to courier the product to them, which I thought was sort of a "process" . This is a type of warranty you have to be careful about (they don't tell you beforehand). I applied 1-2 drops of WD-40 and rotated volume control knobs a few times clock-wise and anti clock-wise, which dislodged the dust accumulated in the volume controls. Please don't try this yourself if you don't have any idea about volume controls. After about 15 months one side/channel stopped working. Took it to local technician, who found some burnt components like capacitor etc., and he replaced them., which cost me 500 rupees. Overall it seems to be an average to below average product and not a sturdy one.
