The torch is compact, but gives off brilliant illumination.The sliding neck lets the beam go from wide to quite narrow to help pinpoint an area. Once pressing the end button to light the torch, a lighter press will change the colour of the beam.Sturdily made & relatively light, for me a great purchase.

A good quality torch with a bright beam. Only down side, and not that big a deal, is that you have to go through all the colours to get to the one you want.

2 torches bought as presents & not yet given BUT having charged batteries for both they appear to be excellent in all regards. Cannot comment on battery life & night vision as thus far unused. Instructions enclosed are not comprehensive but contacted manufacturers by email with a query & their response was very prompt, comprehensive & overall professional. Would recommend both product & manufacturer.

Bought this for use at work where red light is a must for working at night.This torch is incredibly bright for its size and the rechargeable battery works well and lasts a good few days of heavy use before requiring a recharge. Charge time however does take the best part of a day to reach full charge. Charging itself is very simple.The ability to switch easily between all 4 colours is very quick and simple, just a simple half press of the single on off switch switches between the 4 colours without any fuss.This torch is extremely bright, in fact, on occasion it is TOO bright but that down to the nature of my work not a fault with the torch. However similar products I have had in the past do offer different brightness settings which would be a very useful feature to add to this torch.You can alter the focus of the beam from wide to narrow (and everything inbetween) and at its narrowest focus has a VERY long range which is impressive.The alloy body of the torch is robust and feels good to hold and offers a good degree of waterproofing.However after time it has just stopped working (after less than 12 months), at first the single switch started to become temperamental as if it had worn out or developed a loose connection. Then certain colours began to flicker when in use or randomly switch to another. Finally it just started to switch itself off randomly when in use making it virtually useless which is a pity. And to top it off all the screws for the pocket clip continually worked loose (despite retightening) and became lost as they fell out during stowage and use. Not a deal breaker as it's only a retaining clip but rather annoying all the same.To summarise, this is a very bright, multi colour LED, rechargeable torch, it's compact and powerful, and works great...... right up until is doesn't!!But for the price is it worth having to replace it every 12 months or so?? You decide....
