Use at home in conjunction with PT. If you know what you’re doing it helps a lot. This set is well made. Just wish it had more small cups since I’m a petite woman.

I use a set like this at work as a PT. Easy to use but I use at work. Usually 1-2 pumps is plenty. Wife had some back issues and patellar tendon inflammation and worked well. Used along lumbar paraspinals and QL for sustained hold for 3 minutes. Also used on her quad (rectus femora’s and vastus lateralis) also for sustained 3 minutes. Both eased her tone and pain. In both instances 1/2-1 pump was sufficient.

Amazing. One of the best things I have bought. I was not sure at first since it is from another country but they are great. Super easy to use and clean. I put 6 on at a time. They feel and are used just like the PT places. The price is so good for how often you will use it.

These cups have worked great for me and for therapy sessions. The only reason I give 4/5 stars is because the cups do feel on the cheaper end. That being said, they haven’t chipped or cracked on me with a couple months of use so that’s a good sign.

It’s just amazing product I do copping for my family I learned it from my grandmother I use many different cups at least ones. They’re amazing. If I can give it eight stars I will give eight stars. It’s worth it every single penny I see a couple people live reviews about the stability. You have to know how to use them. this technique to remove the cold he’s been using for 1000 years if they’re not stable in your body, that mean you don’t need the cups

This kit is SO worth it! It is very easy to use on yourself and is effective. 10/10 recommend.

My PT first used this on me and it worked great. No heat,no flame and no alcohol needed. I use a but of lotion, find the spot that needs it and then use the tool that attaches to create suction. Couldn't be easier. If you have wanted to try cupping, try these. Also, they are not glass so you don't need to worry about fragility

I still have yet to touch these and when I went to pack them up, I noticed the case had a tear. It's unfortunate that the case is cheap. It means I'm going to have to spend more on another case and I don't even know if the insert comes out. I would return it for a replacement, but I need it this weekend.
