I received my chair yesterday and was able to set it up with no problems! Beautiful massage chair and seems to be well made. It’s very comfortable as well. The delivery was fast and no issues. I really appreciate this company doing such good business. I would definitely purchase from them again.

great service from Osaki fulfilment center, Victor kept me informed until the chair was at my door and then contacted me to be sure everything was good with the chair. it was super easy to move into place and easy to assemble. were very happy with the Osaki pro chair.

We recently purchased a brand-new Osaki OS-Pro 4D DuoMax massage chair, but after only 6 weeks, we are experiencing numerous problems. The foot roller, calf air massage, and foot stretching mechanisms are all non-functional. The right-side armrest air massager is unresponsive, and the monitor screen freezes intermittently. Initially, they replaced the main PCB board (motherboard), but that didn’t fix the problem. Now, they’ve suggested replacing another part (the complete footrest system), but there is no estimated time for its arrival. We bought this machine in April, and it has been out of service more than it has been used. Customer service has been incredibly poor; I’ve submitted multiple tickets and requested updates, but they have failed to respond and provide any updates. Considering the chair costs $12,999, the service is worse than any customer support I’ve encountered. I’m extremely disappointed and would not recommend buying Osaki products.

It is a great chair, easy to assemble, and very useful. The method of massage and the effect of squeezing are in the perfect place. Love the item.

Mechanics are OK but the controls are a nightmare and do not rely on what they tell on delivery time.

The media could not be loaded. I was really worried about making this purchase because it’s a really large investment. And what is more is doing this over Amazon felt a little strange, but I was incredibly detailed about my research and I read the reviews. This is the one that I chose, and it was here within a week.I can’t tell you the difference it has made in my life. I have had all excellent experiences with the seller, the delivery company, the ones I hired to set it up for me. They even followed up to make sure I was happy with the purchase.If you are thinking about getting a chair like this, trust me that you will not regret itIt is quiet, it has so many amazing settings, and I just don’t have anything negative to say about it at all.

Costumer service was outstanding! The chair is quite wonderful. Easy/smooth setup. Easy to navigate the controls. Lots of options .

Paul,If I understand what you are saying we are basically stuck with a $4000 intense massage chair with no recourse whatsoever.As an Orthopedic Surgeon for more than 30 years I know the difference between intense and agonizing excruciating pain.Do I have the option of at least trying this since your own people mentioned it to me.Otherwise I will certainly recommend to any other consumers to not get this debacle of a machine.What do you suggest then?Stuck,N.
