I can't say enough good about this fantastic series of lesson books from Nancy and Randall Faber. My daughters have been taking piano lessons, at first from me and now a new teacher for a total of 5 years and their progress has been fantastic! The setup of these books encourage a more in-depth understanding of how notes, chords, etc. form songs. It's a very different way than how I was taught and I'm so thankful that my kids have the opportunity to learn this method because my 10 year old is already composing amazing pieces of music! Piano Adventures Theory Book, Level 2A I recommend purchasing the entire set of books for each level. You'll be very happy that you invested in your student's learning because the books work so well, each building on the other and cementing the piece of knowledge from each unit firmly into the child's mind. I have been using this series since I started giving piano lessons again since my retirement from nursing and really enjoy it.

One of my favorite series - the sight reading book correlates to the lesson book. Definitely a plus for method books.
