Diabeticfriendly® Sugar Free Chocolate Lovers Assortment 28 oz

I don’t usually write reviews for products but I had to make an exception for this one. This is the best most amazing sugar free candy I have ever tasted. It has everything you want in a good candy that you were missing because of diabetic food prison. There is no aftertaste, the texture is exceptional and it is so satisfying you don’t even know it is sugar free. I can’t say enough good things about it except thank you for making this recipe!

I gave this chocolate, quality unknown, to my daughter-in-law for her birthday. She reported to me that this is the best sugar free chocolate she had every had. Considering she is a chocoholic and has had Godiva, Sees, Russel Stover, and other name brands her review and accolades are qualified. I would highly recommend this chocolate as a gift for anyone who is diabetic or just avoiding carbs. I am ordering her more for her wedding anniversary.

To be honest, I have not eaten every item in the box, and was hoping they would be so amazing that they would not have a chance to survive. Unfortunately, that just isn’t the case. First off, if you don't have diabetes, DON'T GET IT. It ruins EVERYTHING. Now, back to the stuff I can't eat. This "candy" is a wonderful idea for diabetic chocolates but for me, this particular item fell short. From what I've had so far, the Russell Stover sugar free is just a good, if not better. Our local grocery store has bulk sugar free chocolate which, to me, has a better, more realistic flavor. Don't get me wrong, I think the people at Diabeticfriendly provide a product that most diabetics would embrace with open arms. I'm just not one of them. The last candy I had from this box was a chocolate covered caramel. It was a real disappointment. The chocolate had a rather waxy taste and the caramel had a watered down flavor. I don't have any idea how you could possibly water down the taste of caramel but to me, it tasted that way to me.Again, please keep in mind, that this is just my opinion which also happens to be shared by my wife (who is also diabetic). Others have found the candy very good and I am happy they found something sugar free and chocolate. I do have to salute Diabeticfriendly for providing something like this for people who thought their chocolate days were over.I wish more people in the food industry would take heed to the dangers of refined sugar and HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP – Frankly, I wish these two substances were banned completely, which might help prevent others from the heartbreak of this bully called diabetes.

Wow, am I surprised. I had to try one piece since they were just delivered. Delicious and no aftertaste from substitute sugar. I hate that! The piece I tried was buttery, crunchy and very chocolatey. Yum! I wrapped each piece individually, I am limiting myself. Not all of them can be seen in my photo.I will definitely buy again!

I bought this chocolate as a gift to my husband and it was so delicious that I ordered it twice and will order again. He loves it!

From time to time, I get the craving for chocolate but I don't eat sugar, so these diabetic, sugar-free chocolates are perfect for me. Besides, chocate is good for you, but sugar is not, making these perfect. A warning, don't overindulge as the ingretant tht replaces the sugar is also a laxative. Maybe that isn't as bad as it sounds...
