Very disappointed with the extremely poor quality
The quality used to be excellent and we had been using it for the past two years without any issues.. However it was suddenly replaced with a Newly Improved version and the quality has dropped drastically.. We experienced 12–15 leakages daily and even reported this to customer care but received no response.. This is extremely disappointing..Usually when a product gains value and trust they give better and improvement quality.. In this case it is the complete opposite and we are very disappointed with the extremely poor quality
