🔥Makes me SUPER HOT!🔥Testing further
Update 6/22/2025 I still use this upgrading the star could be 4 1/2 -5. Try Human Benchmark. Stay Sharp people!Posted 7/10/2023 will update if I see changes good or bad, 3 stars until I can test this further. The Feeling I felt taking this for 3 nights in a row reminded me of the heat I felt from 500mg Carnitine 1-2hrs later or 7 grams of Bulletproof coffee which I rarely ever drink. For me I feel like this activates Thermogenesis. I'm 👽Alien, Hope this all works for you. Below I included the study by pubmed which I went searching for after feeling this heat increase. Results after a 3 year study of giving 180mcg of Mk7 "decrease in abdominal fat mass and in the estimated visceral adipose tissue area compared with the placebo group and the poor responders."3 nights I took this and 3 nights I feel like my home temperature is at 79... I thought My central air was broken but it was on 75 which is usually ICE to me. 4 hrs I feel it kicks in and it lasts 2-3hrs of heat. I may have to test this only during the day and not at night.Non Smoker ever, Non Drinker ever, very strict diet and training regimen. I saw the good reviews on this and all the studies and claims and I figured this couldn't hurt.Study Pubmed PMID: 28952607 DOI: 10.1038/ejcn.2017.146"Vitamin K-induced effects on body fat and weight: results from a 3-year vitamin K2 intervention study"Background/objectives: Vitamin K status has been linked to fat and glucose metabolism by several authors, but whether high vitamin K intake influences body weight or composition has remained unclear. Here we tested the hypothesis that increased vitamin K intake decreases body fat or fat distribution.Subjects/methods: In a randomized placebo-controlled human intervention trial, 214 postmenopausal women, 55-65 years of age, received either 180 mcg/day of vitamin K2 (menaquinone-7, MK-7) or placebo for 3 years. Osteocalcin (OC) carboxylation was used as a marker for vitamin K status, and fat distribution was assessed by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry total body scan. Results: In the total cohort, MK-7 supplementation increased circulating carboxylated OC (cOC) but had no effect on body composition. In those with an above-median response in OC carboxylation ('good responders'), MK-7 treatment resulted in a significant increase in total and human molecular weight adiponectin and a decrease in abdominal fat mass and in the estimated visceral adipose tissue area compared with the placebo group and the poor responders. Conclusions: The fact that changes in body composition measures or markers for fat or glucose metabolism were not associated with changes in uncarboxylated OC (ucOC) does not support the assumption that ucOC stimulates fat metabolism in humans. Instead, high vitamin K2 intake may support reducing body weight, abdominal and visceral fat, notably in subjects showing a strong increase in cOC. A causal relation between the changes in cOC and body fat or distribution cannot be concluded from these data.

Why my CAC score was ZERO?!
I’ve been taking this K2 with the Doctor’s Best Vitamin D3 for a couple of years. I’m pretty good about taking it every day. I recently had a Coronary Artery Calcium scan, which shows the amount of calcium in your arteries— it’s a good predictor of heart attacks. My score was ZERO, which is excellent! I attribute that mostly to this K2, because my eating habits need some work. I don’t live on fast food and I do try to avoid seed oils, but I could do better.

Doctor’s Best is the top brand
Vitamin K2 should be taken with Vitamin D3. But K2 should be taken at different times than the D3. So, it is good to have these vitamins in separate pills. Reason: they may compete for transport if taken at the same time.K2 directs calcium suspended in the blood by Vitamin D3 to the places calcium is best suited for—-the leg bones, teeth, arm bones, etc. Without K2 calcium will end up coating the arteries! You don’t want that! Take your K2 m7! So, I take this to live longer! How is that for a product? It is possible to overdose on K2 so you need to study up on Vitamin K2 m7 and Vitamin D3.This product is the “m7” type which is the best type. The other type is “m4”.I take K2 at breakfast, Multi with Zinc at Lunch and D3 at Dinner with magnesium. In this way, K2 is not taken with D3. You need to do some study to understand that D3 works with magnesium. Also, magnesium conflicts with Zinc. So I have specific time slots for all of them.

Really work- increased lab results
I was very deficient in vitamin D due to my location and fair skin. Fortunately, these pills increased my lab results by 9ng/Ml over the course of about 3 months. My results still aren’t perfect, but I’m excited to see real results! I also appreciated that they include vitamin K as it can prevent some of the calcium recomposition that can happen with sudden vitamin D increases. They are small white pills. They were easy to swallow and did not have an after taste. I’m excited to continue working on my levels!
