YAMAHA4C Alto Saxophone Mouthpiece, Standard Series

It's a great mouthpiece for beginners. I bought this for my son when he first started using a saxophone about two years ago, and he is still using it to this day. If taken care of, this mouthpiece can last a very long time. It is durable, and my son has progressed in his saxophone skills and ability with this mouthpiece.

I bought a Alto Saxopone for a price that I never thought possible. The quality of the instrument is higher then the price, which is a pleasant surprise -(Available on Amazon: Eastar AS-II. It has good reviews, along with a couple other imported saxophones).It came with a similar mouth piece, (I never realized that there could be so many differences in mouth pieces), however the same pros who recommend the Sax, also recommended switching to this Yamaha mouthpiece. They indicated it's a quality mouthpiece that is both good to learn on and could really be the mouthpiece you keep for life, even though it's very affordable!I'm just starting to learn, but this is one more thing I don't have to think twice about and I like good advice from Pros!

better that what came with sax, it helped for a week or two and then moved up to a myer

Despues de 11 años sin tocar saxo me sentía muy mal porque sonaba tan mal como nunca, llegue a pensar que era porque no tenía un saxo de alta gama como en la escuela, todo cambio cuando remplace la boquilla original de mi saxo por esta yamaha, graciass !! Me rendi hace un año cuando recibi mi saxo de cumpleaños y estaba apunto de hacerlo de nuevo pero todo el problema era la boquilla y esta saca el máximo provecho de mi saxofon !! Espero salga de buena calidad ya que eh visto muchos comentarios malos sobre esto pero siempre toque antes con yamaha así que espero que no sea así!
