On the positive side I like the ability to adjust the pressure of each clamp independently. I like to set them to a comfortable level and enjoy the sensations for awhile before increasing the pressure. I wipe the clamps and my nipples with alcohol to remove any body oils, this insures the ability to stay put! You can make them as comfortable as you like for prolonged use. Naturally, tugging on the chain enhances the sensations, be sure to tighten the clamps a little more before tugging to keep them from slipping off. The nice part is your in control of how much pleasure or pain you want to endure.On the negative side, the thumb screws are not well made and they get hung up when trying to adjust them. A little bit of silicone spray may eliminate the problem; doesn't always work. If you have small nipples you may want to employ the use of a breast pump to get the nipples to stand out for a better grip.Overall a GOOD PRODUCT!

I'm no clamp expert by any means but these seem to be decent quality. The chain feels a little cheap but if you aren't going to be yanking hard on it constantly it should be okay. I was slightly worried the chain wouldn't be long enough but it's actually almost a little too long in person. The clamps... well they clamp. As kind of a impulse buy I just sort of randomly decided that these looked hot and ran some DIY tests to see if it would be something I would be into before I bought them. These do NOT hurt me in any way for anyone else that hasn't had any before and might be curious. The rubber tips keep it from harshly pinching the skin and it's more of just a pleasant sensation more than biting pain. Perhaps if you have really sensitive nips this might hurt a little but for me personally it's just kind of nice. If you are here for pain then I suppose you could take the rubber tips off or get a different kind that has more bite or weight to them. Both my partner and I think these are super sexy and I have no complaints.

I love this item it does what it’s meant to do. Although if you chest is on the bigger end like mine, you’ll find that the chain might be a bit short since boobs tend to move outward If you know what I mean. Other than I really liked this item.

Perfect. Love that these have the screw to make them adjustable. That way they can be as tight or loose as you wish them to be. Gives you alot more control of them.They are very well made almost on heavy duty side without being extra heavy. Plus the little carry pouch is perfect to store them in when not in use.

Definitely does the job. Spring could be a bit stronger, but that is a bit picky. Works for the purpose intended. What more could one ask.

These are great for starter nipple clamps. If someone is really sensitive, you can use the posts to reduce pressure. For those with a higher tolerance, you can try sideways or up and down to enhance the effect. Play with it a bit! Also, the chain is long enough to loop through a ring in the front of a collar on most people.

I am VERY happy with these. As a guy, these are working great...the adjustment function is fantastic. I can start out gentle and then go all the way to full grip. One thing that I have to watch is to not get lube all over them or they can slip off. I'm very sensitive and "they" are hard-wired to the rest of my body. Thanks for making these!

One of my screws is a bit broken but it still does it's job overall good deal and feels nice overall
