Hair to silky no real texture. I colored it and now it has an awful smell that won't go away ,the closure piece is a different color I can't get them to match

I ordered 16" 18" 20" and I got 14" 16" 18" instead. The length for 20" couldn't reach my neck at all.I'm so disappointed.
