Very useful for traveling.
I used this daily for the three months I lived and traveled in northern India. The pop up area is spacious over the head/shoulder area. The netting is long enough that it completely covers sleeping bag, and can even be pegged into ground like a tent if used outside. As I was never sure where I would be sleeping, this was invaluable and easily fit into my hiking pack.

Very good idea, not enough netting
For my particular needs, I am using and appreciating the Net. First of all, it fit into my hand baggage and was light enough for the kg allowance. Secondly, I am using it on a bed with a mattress so that I can tuck the two side ridges around the edges and my pillow blocks any opening above my head. As to folding it up, once you get the hang of it, it twists back into its bag no problem. However, for some unknown reason which I am sure the manufacturer could put right, there is scarce material around the head pop up part which is a real shame. All it would need would be to attach some more netting to the side flaps so that you could either tuck in better or let hang, allowing for the more restless sleepers to turn in the night without risking exposure. When I get home I shall try attaching some old netting and I am sure I will be able to remedy the defect.

One of the few things that needs no modification
I read the reviews about the gap, but I personally like to lay my head on a pillow - so the gap is a non-issue. I bought this for sleeping in hotels in tropical climates. It lays over you perfectly and provides great protection. I totally love it. I can see if you were laying on the ground with no tent or pillow, this would allow something to crawl on you. If that isn't your plan, this will work great.

No good to fold
This item was super easy to open but not so easy for a 6th grader and a 40 something year old to fold up. I’ve had items like this in the past and never had a problem but I truly could not figure out how to close this and get it back in the original bag. Also the video and pics make it seem like you insert the sleeping bag into the net so the whole bag is encased in the net but that is not the case. The net just sits on top of the sleeping bag. If it were windy the net would not have stayed in place while sleeping which was the reason I bought the tent.

Gap above head allows mosquitos or other bugs to come in
The product idea and form factor are wonderful, but execution is terrible. We purchased this for our daughter to take on summer camp where they sleep out in the open. They are not allowed to use tents and after the last couple of years coming back with her face almost distorted beyond recognition due to bites, we thought we had to do something. This product appeared to be wonderful. It is not a tent, not bulky, and covered just the head. It also packs to a small disc that is not too difficult to pack. To our surprise, when we received the item and setup it up in our living room, we found the portion of net above the head is too short. It does not even touch the floor and leaves a big gap for mosquitos or any flying or crawling bug to come in. If we tilt the thing to make the top of the thing touch the floor, then the portion around the shoulder is off the floor. There is just no way to fix it. What should have been done was to give the top portion more material, to make it longer, so it can be wrapped under the sleeping bag, like the rest of the body. Check out out pictures to see what I mean. As such, I can only give it one star. It failed to do its intended function.

Great Mosquito Net!
Great mosquito net! Keeps the mosquitos off but still lets the breeze in. It folds up into a small disk shape so its super easy to pack up. It’s not super durable, but mosquito nets usually aren’t. If you are mindful when setting up and taking it down it seems like it will last a while. Iv used mine a few times now and have no complaints yet.

Great in theory, hard to stay put below the pop up part
Used this on a bed with a travel/sleeping bag liner in very hot rural India. Overall it worked for me but I wouldn't recommend it over a traditional hanging net if you think that is an option for you. Often there is nowhere to hang a net tho so consider my pros and cons below.Pros:-super lightweight and packed down small- wasn't hard to fold back down to put away once u get the hang of it (I watched and quick YouTube by the company and had. I trouble after that)- it was relatively cool compared to using one of those full tents as it allowed slightly more air circulation.Cons:- the pop up top was great and fit perfectly but the bottom part was a major pain to keep on me. I woke up all night anytime I moved freaking out that the netting got jostled off of me and I was exposed.- I used a travel liner bag but often slept on top of it because it was so hot meaning that the netting was just on top of my legs. Meaning I could probably be bit easily through the netting if anything were to land on me and also any sort of creatures could also just crawl all over me. This also contributed to the difficulty of keeping the netting on my body and it not gapping or being pushed off in my sleep.- only one strap underneath it (about back height) to put your sleeping bag or liner through to keep it together, no second strap on the bottom part to help keep things together.- the sides of the netting are just thin net so there is nothing rigid to keep it in place whatsoever.Overall, this worked but was super frustrating every night and just didn't seem to be designed well. You would rarely every use a mosquito net in not super hot climates so the picture of it with a thick sleeping bag is quite misleading and unrealistic.

Overall I am happy with the product
Received the item very promptly. Opened up the sleep screen to expected, the fumes from the insect repellant that it is coated in was a bit nauseating. I'll air it out before using. I had difficulty folding it back up even though I watched the demo on Youtube a few times, but managed after a handful of attempts. Overall I am happy with the product, it is exactly what they advertise. Cheers
