Fully Automatic Water Level Controller for Submersible Start and Stop Button Type Starter Panel(White,IT184WLC)

I'm sucsesfully installed 4th one I'm happy with this product no compliants since 5 years

I have installed only before 2 days, its working fine, after a month I will share an other review.Panel owned by me was different, altered the connection settings to match imagine diagram.C1,C2,S1,S2,A1,A2 & contactor 4 relay points should be fixed as given by imagine.If sensor needed for UG & OH tank then 6 sensors should be fixed.If connection needed for 1 tank, link G with B and B with R & connect 3 sensor line from tank to G1,B1and R1 only and dont connect in reverse order.The support given by the imagine technologies team was good for installation.

Product working fine as described, I like the way customer care provided the support, initially electrician were not able to figure out on wiring later on I contacted customer care and they guided me through diagram and on call as well.

This product technical support doesn't exist in Telangana. Support exists only in Gujarat.They say, please do Video call and we will help you.It didn't work properly. Can't sense the water level and switches when water is empty and my motor coil burnt because of this device.

I loved the product by imagine technologys. Best automatic water level controler at best price in the market. This is 1 week uses of product review. Absolutely working fine. Seller very much helpful before buying product. Helps for connections through whatsapp instantly.

Product works like a charm . Electrician had difficulty in installing the product however technical support provided was great. Customer support guided the electrician step by step. Appreciate your help imagine team. 👍🏻

Boought this level control (Model number IT184) nearly ten month back and it was working fine, but it stop functioning few dsys back, I called the technical team and explained the situvation, asked me to courriour the unit to the given addrass, to my surprise i recived a new unit after few days.Installed the new unit with help of the technical support team, He guide me on every step znd completed the installation without any issues.Strong technical team who knows the job.Really I am impressed, I am not an electrician but with the teams help it iz like a breez.

After using 11 months I am reviewing the product. The product is very good. Till now it's working fine. Little improvement is required like body should be more stronger and the auto manual switch should be robust.Apart from that very good product. It saves electricity as well as water.
