If the straps are too loose and you surpass the velcro pad the material with fringed up a bit
I use these in my crossfit class and I must say they work great on cardio exercises. I'd give it 5 stars, but the fact that the velcro pads are only limited to the sides it doesnt give you that tight compression at the bottom of the quad. If you surpass the pas and secure them closer to the center the material starts to ruffle up. For the price I didn't consider it being a big loss

Super helpful worth the money
My husband LOVES these. He says these are GREAT support and very helpful. He actually wears them to work. He's a chef on his feet all day. He says his knees are in nowhere near as much pain as before he started wearing these supports. I will buy them again. That's saying alot because I got them with a code for cheap and would buy again even at full price. Totally worth the money!!

Design is great but rolls down.
The overall design is great especially with the straps that wrap around the bottom of the knee. I tore my meniscus in 2 places and a compression knee brace is what was suggested for me to wear. The biggest problem is it rolls down at the top. I don’t know why and nothing I do stops it so it’s only useful if I’m sitting and not moving around.
