If you can only think 90 days ahead ( and lets face it that's most of us right .. RIGHT ! ) then this is the fitness log for you.I haven't actually started the 90 days yet as we only have 3 weeks of the year left so 9 of the weeks paid for will be wasted !I have worked out that to make the other 3 logs worth paying out for after this one is to wait until Jan 1st and get a whole 12 months to have a go at it therefore making buying the other 3 logs value for money.( up there for dancing etc )Just imagine if the pages were printed with the actual days & dates on , it would be an absolute nightmare !

This journal is perfect for measuring progress and accountability! With several tracking options, inspirational quotes, and places to write your personalized goals and workouts it’s great for someone just starting out or for someone who is getting back into the swings of clean eating and an exercise plan. It’s incredibly affordable given the fact that it is for 3 months as well!

Book covers all aspects of health - sleep, goals, macros, workouts, weight in 90 days
The book is 90 days worth of journaling. I like that it allows you to get down to as nitty gritty with your healthy lifestyle as you want: counting macros (carbs, fat, proteins), weights & reps, workout mins, sleep time, etc. It also has weekly check-ins. Each day has a different motivating quote, which is always mentally motivating!I personally just want to write down what I eat throughout the day to be more mindful because dieting based on numbers is too strict and is not going to be something I want to do for the rest of my life. A healthy balance goes a long way. But the book does its job & if I want to do macros later I will. I also like to write down my commitments & achievements, which it has.

Y’all, this journal is legit! It’s made of good quality, has a daily quotes (I LIVE BY AND LOVE QUOTES!) and keeps things simple enough to want to keep doing better for yourself. I am faithful to the RIM sports brand and applaud all that they’re doing to continue giving us, the customer, what we want and need to be better physically and emotionally. Do yourself a favor and get this journal if you like the old fashioned method of keeping track of things.

Covers all the bases
First off I want to say how happy I am with the price point. It’s very affordable so I won’t mind reordering it when the time comes. I love the motivational quotes. It pretty much helps you track everything- measurements, food, water, exercise. And it’s a very convenient size.

Great Christmas gift for you and loved ones!
I absolutely love this. I’m so old school I prefer to write everything down than use my phone and this makes me fully accountable. Seeing what I do all day really makes me want to stay on track and for the price, i will be getting this for my friends and family for Christmas!

I love that it includes a place to track water intake, meals, and gym info, as well as a space for specific commitment/goal you have for that day, all on one page!It also has week summary page at the end of every week so you can easily thumb through and check your progress overall.Great buy for the money!

This daily food and exercise journal is awesome! I love that it has daily inspiration quotes. It’s super simple and easy to log in everything you need. Once you complete your journal it has a cool completion certificate you can receive. It’s light weight and can easily fit in your gym bag, backpack or purse.

Easy to follow
This is just what I needed to stay on track! Easy to follow...day by day entries. I never used a journal like this before. But for this process I'm excited to give it a try
