May favorite yarn for super soft hats!
Love this yarn! it has a really neat rustic feel like you are knitting with a fresh roving of wool. Made a few hats with it for Christmas Presents and they were loved.

Soft, easy to crochet
Some thicker yarns split, making it difficult to manage but this was smooth going and works up beautifully.

Very soft
I love mostly everything about this yarn. It is very soft and has a satin look. The only drawback is that it splits easily and that can be a little challenging for newbies just learning to knit or crochet with it.

My daughter wanted to take up a new craft, so I purchased the wool and crochet hook for her. Made her pretty happy,

Great yarn, but look up what roving yarn is so you know what to expect!
I love this yarn. It is not tightly spun, this is what makes it a "roving yarn". You should not pull it too tightly or knit it too loosely in my experience. Roving is not like regular yarn that is tightly spun, it is very loose ,fluffy, and delicate until you knit it. It will pill if it is rubbed a lot. For hats, scarves, cowls it hasn't pilled a lot. I wouldn't make gloves or a sweater out of it though.I have made quite a few items out of it and when I did have a quality issue, Bernat was quick to resolve and replace my items. My quality issue was the variation in the thickness of the yarn as I knitted, this is not usual and they will replace it if you contact them (you can fnd their contact info on their website). I added a picture of a hat I have made several time with this yarn. It is a heavily cabled hat and it held up well to the knitting. The hat is still being used today, 3 years later. I have also made baby pants for my infant and it also held up well so far.

I like it a lot!
I really like this yarn. It’s my first time using a roving yarn but I really enjoyed it. It does seem quite soft, if you pulled too hard or your tension is quite tight it might pull apart. It leaves little fuzzies around but understandable with this type of yarn. I do really like it and think it is a great yarn to use as a stepping stone with roving yarn.

Nice Roving Yarn--No Knots
I used this yarn to crochet my daughter the hat "Alaska Beanie" from Julie King's book of crocheted hats, which I bought at JoAnn's. The yarn was very nice to work with, and there were no knots in the pink or the gray or the black or the cream that I also used to make her another one in black and gray. However, if you choose to use pom-poms at the ends of the ear flap strings, you'll have to use a stronger yarn to tie the poms with.

Bought it for cat
Bought it as a cat toy, but the cat was uninterested. Although the cat ended up sleeping on it a few days, so I put it in her bed.
