I bought this product because of the lower price - to see if I would like the additional feature of the pot filler. It turns out to be a great feature. My previous faucet (Elkay) which was a similar industrial style (but without a pot filler) broke after 5 years. The on/off handle (more like a stick) really was hard to maneuver and finally snapped.Pros: This product seems to be well-made & is pretty. Curves match other faucets in kitchen; not too modern. Pot filler nozzle points outward towards pot/sink rather than straight downCons include:Hard to install. The bolt/nut is very large and most homeowners likely won't have an appropriate tool. Had to tighten as best we could then turn the faucet clockwise the rest of the way, but turns counter clockwise again (loosening) with normal use.Short sprayer hoseNo lock for "on" for the sprayer hosePot filler too close to counterYou really have to change the way you do dishes. If using the pot filler for washing dishes, it splashes a lot of water on the counter behind the faucet which risks water damage to the wall. But using the sprayer for washing dishes is a little inconvenient b/c the sprayer can't be locked on. Basically, wet & soap up dish, scrub w/out water running, then rinse with spray hose.Despite this, I do like the dual features. We are selling our home so don't want to spend the money on a larger one, but I will purchase a larger version of this for my new kitchen.

11/30/2019 update: one year of ownership and the black coating is falling off. The quality of this faucet is very poor. Would not recommend.

Nice look and operations but didn't last two years before the plastic parts began to fail. The plastic strainer head for the wand split at the seams and now sprays water out the side all over the kitchen. I was hoping that spending a little more than the cheap faucets I'm used to that the quality would have been better. Although cheapies don't look or operate as nice, they tend to last much longer. It would also be nice if the sprayer wand had its own independent pressure valve because it would be nice to have the faucet at full pressure, but not the wand.

We shopped for the perfect commercial kitchen faucet and this is it.The challenge was the size and look, for a kitchen the faucet height is just right. commercial faucets tend to be high because they are meant for restaurants but for a home kitchen you don't want a 2 foot high faucet.It also as great pressure to rinse and it looks beautiful.I recommend this product without any reservations.
