This product does not melt, as it clumps up in the cup when hot even when you try to melt a little bit then add milk. It may work in hot water but I like my hot cocoa with milk. Tastes funny too.

I love this Dark hot chocolate!!
I have been doing a paleo diet for awhile so when I found this I was excited. I am a huge dark chocolate fan and love mint so I thought why not give it a try. I love it!!! I add So Delicious Coconut Milk Creamer to it and it is great not like regular hot chocolate but delicious none the less. It makes it a little sweeter and creamier. It only has 10 calories per tbsp so not adding many calories.I just ordered 2 more one to have on hand and one as a gift to an other person doing the paleo diet. I hope they like it as much as I do.

Dairy Free?
This product is listed as dairy free, but you are instructed to add milk. I posted a review stating this when I bought it and it disappeared, so I am posting it again.

You can add any alternative milk
You could add any alternative milk such as soy, almond, hemp, or rice milk. I'm going to order some and try it. I'm happy it has no sugar or malitol in it.

Not what I was hoping for
Im sorry to say, but this stuff tastes absolutely awful. My children are dairy free/gluten free and I was excited to find something they would enjoy. Even after adding marshmallows and more sugar, it really tasted terrible

It kind of tastes of chemicals, which struck me as odd given it's litany of natural-sounding terms in it's advertising.I wound up getting "Dark Chocolate MCT Oil Powder" next and we wound up preferring that one by a lot. But bear in mind that that one costs a fair amount more.Our goal was to try and get a good creamer/additive for my girlfriend's coffee, especially given that she's recently been found to be diabetic, so we're seeking low carb solutions. Were it not for that we'd just be getting dark chocolate cocoa from a local store. ;)

You will not believe how good this is.
I bought 3 different Dairy Free, Sugar Free, Gluten Free hot chocolates and the other two tasted like they were Dairy, Sugar, & Gluten Free. This one .... tastes great!

It is what it says it is.
This product is great for some, but I tried it for a diet, and it is not something I would recommend to someone who does not have sever allergies to food. It taste like peppermint dirt to me because of how strong the fresh coco is. If I were to add milk or soy milk to it, i may like it more, but my diet does not allow any milk.
