I have been meditating for some time and when I decided I wanted to add an extra session into my day, during my lunch break at work, I came on Amazon to look for another Zafu.This one arrived promptly and has more than met up to my expectations. It is very well made, with a tough, durable outer case. Inside this is a softer case filled with buckwheat. Buckwheat is a cooler material than wool or other foam fillings and the best part is that it fits to your form and you can remove or add husks to get the required firmness. Mine arrived pretty well filled and I needed to remove some of the buckwheat husks to make this comfortable enough to sit on for prolonged periods (I have kepth them in a large sandwich bag in case I want to adjust the firmness at some point in the future).The stitching seems neat and like it should last a long time and there is a small handle on one side so you can pick this up easily and carry it from room to room.All in all I am very happy with my purchase, it is very well priced and the quality seems very good. I was a little concerned it wouldn't be as well made as it is, due to the reasonable price, but this isn't the case at all and this is a well made product at excellent value for money. Well worth considering for new and seasoned meditators alike.

The material are made of good made 100% cotton. Rather than some zafu I had before that are quite loosely stuff, hulls in this product are stuff very firmly so it made the zafu very supportive and comfortable to sit on. It is very helpful that the outside cover is removable for washing. The whole zafu is very carefully made. The product information said it is ethically produced and handmade. It is very good value for such high quality product. Thank you. I will buy again.

I’m 6’2” with long inflexible legs and I’m heavy. The throw I’ve put under to raise the meditation cushion, is too soft and sinks down a lot. Probably need another cushion to go underneath.But this is a really good quality cushion that I’m very happy with.Not sure at value, for me I find these items to be quite heavy on price across the board.

I bought this cushion as opposed to other brands due to the company's values. I very much agree with them and the product hasn't disappointed. I bought the rug as well and it works perfectly with the cushion. Top quality product from a very authentic meditation company.

It's a great meditation cushion. Good size for me, I am 164cm and 75kg, really helps to maintain alignment of the spine and to alleviate strain on lower back and hips. I am meditating more since I bought this cushion, I am very happy with the purchase ;)

The 'zafu' meditation cushion is a vibrant purple, with thick covering and filled to perfection to create a stable, comfortable, place to sit, with perfect posture for meditation. I highly recommend this product.
