Bought this as it meets the new Scottish legislation re home alarms. However the instructions are only in German, and I have not found an online English translation. Price wise it compares well with similar products, and the control functions appear to be similar to my existing replaceable battery alarm, so will keep. It has a 10 year battery life, so its a bit early to be able to review that!

Came with no English instructions, but after some playing around found that inserting the back plate turns it on. Top button when held does a self test, press again to cancel. Just hope that is all I need to know...
