I thought this would be a good idea. And, at first, it wasn't bad. It installs easily (there's not much to installing a shower head). It seem to work ... okay. But nothing special. The spray is very, very fine. The idea is that it is supposed to feel like a lot of pressure because of the many, many tiny holes. It doesn't, really.Those fine little hole in there do seem to add a little pressure but, as soon as those holes begin to calcify and the buildup starts, those sprays go wonky and spray in all directions. Like right in your eye. Those little beads that others have cursed, they are to help keep the calcium deposits out of those holes. They work, a little, and for a little while. After that, not so much apparently (and our water is not all that hard - it shouldn't have a lot of calcium in it.The shower head I received was not well assembled. There was a white plastic spacer that was supposed to be at one end of the beads. It seemed to migrate from one end of the bead chamber to the other and back. I doubt that it was doing its job.In all, it was a fun experiment and kind of a change from the ordinary. But now that is done and I have reverted back to my old shower head and normalcy. But don't get this little doodad if you're in search of the "perfect" shower head.

I should have known it was going to be a problem when I opened the box and a bunch of little beads fell on my floor. After chasing them around before my dogs found them, I THOUGHT I found them all until a couple of days later I tripped and fell on one.Anyway, I put the beads back where I thought they belonged. Apparently, the unit was “tightened” before shipping so all of the pieces were just sitting on each other. Found THIS out after connecting it to the water and the entire shower head literally fell apart in my hand!Save your money

Can't beat the price on this. It's the same as the other filter shower heads. I brought it with me for a month long stay in a rehab center after a major surgery and used it in their shower which I had in my room. I hate using city water to shower in and this worked perfectly, was inexpensive and now I have it on my shower at home. The water pressure is great and the little beads give a tingly feeling to the skin. I like it and will buy again if needed.

I received the product with the pellets mixed up. The middle piece that separated the black from the orange came undone. I had to unscrew the handle, separate the balls and put it back together. I screwed it in the shower and it worked better than expected. The spray is soft and full and the water made my hair and skin soft. Need better quality control however for the price and performance I still give it five stars.

This is one of the best purchases ive ever bought. This shower head is amazing. It has 3 diff spray options,boost water pressure 40% and the water is soft. Easy to install and has the filters in the handle. I was so impressed i bought one for my mom,dad,sister,cousin and told my friends and they bought one. Its awaome.

I wasn't sure to use this shower head, but my husband, and 9 years old daughter loved it from the first day we got it! At the beginning I said the airy flow makes me feel cool during showers, but now I love it just as both of them, and we really like the options of jet, flow, or both.

Our water pressure is normal. Yet it ripped apart this hose in just 5 months. The shower head is fine but the hose is useless now. Need to get a new one. Not this again for sure.

Had some flackey skin that is now gone. Like the various spray heads and extra filter element over less expensive model. I lay head across the shower knobs at slight angle to drain water after showering tho.
