This bottle has the same expiry date as the one I ordered before and now am out of. I will use expired herb halfway through it if I keep it. At this price I expect fresh herbs. I ordered directly from their site before and got a fresher bottle. From Amazon seems like I keep on getting older stock and I don’t like it.Otherwise my review would be a 5 because Crinum Latifolium does help with my symptoms. But even the last bottle I feel didn’t work as well because the herb is losing potency due to older stock. Disappointed because Crila is expensive.

I'm happy to report that ver the past 3 days I have had NO night sweats -and only one mild hot flash.I feel like a finally have my life back!I have a delicate system and was concerned the pills might cause a problem--but everything is great!This is WAY better than Hormone replacement therapy.

I was chosen to receive three bottles of Crila for Menopause, and this has been the best natural herbal remedy I have taken for menopausal symptoms. My life was riddled by hot flashes, insomnia, anxiety, difficulty concentrating, fatigue, and irritability.Now, I sleep so much better, my ability to think clearly has improved, I have more energy, and hot flashes have been greatly reduced. I went through the "change" about ten years ago but I still get hot flashes every now and then. I 've been taking the Crila as directed for the past couple of weeks and have had only one hot flash that I can recall. They aren't as intense as they used to be but still annoying nonetheless. I think the Crila is helping and it hasn't upset my stomach at all. I was really apprehensive about trying it because sometimes supplements really get a bad gastric problem going but this one didn't. I think this is an expensive product, as of this review a 2 month supply bottle costs $129.00. But, if you are having severe hot flashes then it might be worth a try - at least one bottle to see if it helps any. I had taken a lot of Black Cohosh and it seemed to help a little back then.

I've taken this product for several years; I started when my fibroids were getting so aggressive that I was considering a hysterectomy (had already had a uterine embolization, which worked well for awhile). Within a few weeks of starting the pills there was a dramatic reduction in the mass of the fibroids, completely relieving the pressure on my bladder. If I go off Crila for a few weeks (has happened while traveling), the fibroids grow back quickly. So far Crila is keeping the fibroids well at bay--was worried that the effect would eventually wear off but it's still working. Like the other reviewer, Crila significantly reduces my hot flashes from 6-8 extreme flushes daily to 1-3 milder ones.

A couple months ago I stopped taking oral contraceptives and soon after was experiencing several hot flashes a day, and at night which was affecting my sleep. I’m very active, training for a marathon and recently returned to school full-time; I couldn’t imagine how I could function if those hot flashes continued.After starting the load phase of Crila, I only had one minor flash. It’s been a couple weeks now and I haven’t experienced any more. Thank you so much!

This product is amazing! I've been taking it for only a few short weeks and my hot flashes are 90% gone. After many years and lots of hormones and supplements I've come to the end of my search for menopausal help. The temp. has been in the high 90's here, so I'm extra grateful to no longer get an internal temp.around 150 degrees. If there were 20 stars to fill in above I would do it!!
